We will revitalise your dog with a luxurious deep shampoo, cut their coat, trim their nails and tidy around their sanitary areas — so they feel as great as you do after a pamper session.
When you drop your dog off, you'll receive a brief consultation to assess their coat and behaviour. We always discuss what is an achievable style and finish for your dog.
Our full groom includes
- Five-point health check
- Pre-brush out to remove dead hair
- Relaxing Hydrobath massage bath, which deep cleans both the coat and skin
- At least two deep washes using 100% natural shampoos
- Deep conditioning, depending on coat type
- Facial to remove all dirt on the face and muzzle
- Facial scrub for tear stains if needed
- Blow or hand dry
- Full hair cut
- Sanitary trim
- Ear cleansing
- Nail clipping/filing if needed
- Pad trim
- Finished with 100% natural cologne (if agreed during the consultation)
Since we can't assess the condition of your dog's coat before the appointment, we always confirm the final price on the day, after reviewing your dog's coat condition and temperament.

FAQs
How do you de-matt my dog?
De-matting can be a very painful process, involving pulling on matted hair, so we decline this approach for animal welfare reasons. For dogs with significant matting we recommend shaving — it's a much better idea. We use specialist blades and will always get your consent first. Yes, you may have a short dog for a while, but it will grow back very soon.
